Yoga Workshop for Serious yogis

This workshop is geared to those who want to understand the long road to becoming a teacher. What does it take to become certified? What do I need to study? Do I have what it takes to teach others? How do I become a Yoga Teacher? Rosa will answer all the questions you were afraid to ask, and will help you prepare for an Intensive Iyengar Teacher Training (like the one coming in September with Dean Lerner.) You’ll learn the basics of the Iyengar method seen from a Teacher’s View (And the student’s), and you’ll learn the importance of maintaining a self-practice and ongoing study of the art of yoga. Rosa’s experience as an Aerobics Instructor, a Personal Trainer, and currently a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, has made her a beloved teacher capable of empowering and transforming bodies and minds for over 22 years.
