Basics* ---------------- The Basics of Yoga taught for students new to Yoga. Multilevel------------- This is a General Level class for students who have some Yoga experience. Intermediate-------- For experienced Iyengar students who can hold sirsassana for 5 minutes. Special Needs*------ For those with limited mobility such as Parkinson’s, MS, Lymphedema, etc. Private Sessions*-- Available by appointment for those with therapeutic needs which cannot be addressed in a group class. *Classes suitable for those new to Iyengar Yoga |
