Our Teacher Training is more than a TT. It’s a mentorship.
Rosa will lead you to your highest potential. You will learn how to deepen your practice, and that’s the starting point for leading others, if that’s your calling. Not everyone is meant to teach. But those that are, will find a space to ask questions, to share, and to learn.
If you are looking for a teacher to inspire you, and answer your questions with compassion and experience, this is the training for you. If you are looking for a cookie cutter formula or a script to teach from, this is not the right training for you.
Rosa helps to bring out the best in you as a teacher to be in service of others, guided by the Light of Iyengar Yoga.
